Nikos E. Gigourtsis was born in Heraklion in 1973. Having become familiar with the practices of physiotherapy at a young age, since it was the profession of his father, he began his studies on the same subject in Berlin (1993 – 1996).
The manual therapy techniques have attracted his interest since his first steps on the sector, leading him, once again, to Berlin, this time in order to study osteopathy (2000 – 2005). As he desired to develop his knowledge in the sector of physiotherapy and manual therapy, he began studying Far East techniques, studying Nuad Boran in Chiang Mai, Thailand (2007, 2009).
The concept of a holistic approach led him to Beijing, in order to study Acupuncture (2011). In the last years he deepened his knowledge in techniques and methodologies, by attending in Germany, Manual Therapy, chiropractic and kinesiology seminars (2012 – 2015).
